Sonics is all about turning heads. The Passion-S separates each driver into its own compartment and holds the whole thing together with big acrylic cheeks for a total height of 5' 4". Those internal compartments aren't your regular MDF boxes either, but 35 layers of "birch multiplex."

At 50 - 65k Hz, the Passion-S isn't exactly a bass monster. 87 dB into 8 ohms, no word on price from this German company but expect to see these guys in action at CES 2006.
