This interesting little piece is the Qinpu (pronounced "Chin-poo") A-8000 Mk II integrated amp. Ultra Audio takes a look at the Chinese import and has this to say:

"At its price point, the Qinpu A-8000 Mk II is a clear winner, but it should also be auditioned in the context of integrated amps costing two or three times as much."

Price is $1695 and power output is 100 watts into 8 ohms. Ultra Audio names the A-8000 a "Select Component" and goes on to say how the likes of Krell, Mark Levinson and others should watch their back for Qinpu, the Jet Li of integrateds.
