Martin Logan has released their new Summit speaker. The Summit, as the name implies, is Martin Logan's top speaker before reaching their obscenely-priced Statement E2. The Summit uses an updated XStat electrostatic panel to generate the mids and highs while dual 10" woofers take care of the bottom. An integrated 200 watt amp provides the low-end juice.
The Summit also brings with it a slightly new design, combining full wood and aluminum strips for a more modern, impressive look than before. Price for the Summit pair runs $9995 and should be available immediately. Range runs 24Hz to 23kHz, with 92 dB sensitivity into 4 ohms.
